Mt Ashwabay is our favorite and one of the premiere Nordic ski areas in the Midwest. Howl is a major sponsor and we all volunteer endlessly to make it great. We sell passes at Howl for them, too.

They have a couple great trails open to me as long as I am on a leash, but about 2/3 of it is not open to dogs. Phil gets me a dog pass every year. Some of my friends ski-jor, but Phil is chicken.
